Engaged Heavy Metal Roofing to check over our Roof, as we had some Water damage after heavy rain. Kane came within a few day and assessed the damage and advised of the best solution to the problem. We accepted the Quote and a few weeks later the Tradespeople came, exchanged some panels, exchanged many screw and sealed the lot. No problems, no surprises and good communication about what they were doing. I was surprised when I heard a Vacuum on the roof, cleaning up. The Tradies cleaned up after themselves and took all rubbish with them. I really appreciated that as you do not see that very often these days. Originally we had been told we would need an entire roof replacement after engaging with Kane and his team they ascertained and identified the specific compromised areas of our roof and were able to rescrew instead of replace at leas than 20% of the original cost we were quoted . Nearly a year on and we have no issues with our roof . Kane and his team are dedicated professionals that will get to the root cause of a problem and find a solution at a reasonable and affordable cost . Due to location and complexity the replacement of our roof in Bangalee was a very challenging job. We found it difficult to find a contractor even prepared to consider taking it on. Once we connected with Kane at Konka Constructions, we knew we had found the right business to take on the challenge. The task was made more difficult in that we are located 700klm away in Brisbane.
